Put on the same clothes you took your before reboot photos in! If you took measurements make sure you take those again too!

3. Do not eat until you are hungry! When you are hungry eat a low fiber or no fiber, high fat meal, moderate protein meal!

1. Pick your flavor, try a different flavor than you did the day before.

2. Fill shaker up with 12oz - 16oz water. Ice is optional 

3. Put WHOLE pack of ketones 

4. Shake them up and sip over 30 minutes. 

5. Shake up CHARGED in AM and CAFFEINE FREE in the PM about 7-8 hours apart
