2. Fill shaker up with 12oz - 16oz water. Ice is optional

You are on day 7 of THE JUMP program, tonight you start your 60 hour Reboot tonight where you will be metabolically resetting our body which will put you in a DEEP STATE of ketogenisis!!!

A few quick tips!

1. Grab yourself some Pink Himalayan Salt and some electrolyte infused water such as Smart water. * you will really need these extra electrolytes as we take this journey. Our body naturally flushes the electrolytes as we are rebooting and you need to replenish them so you can feel your best!*

2. Make sure you WEIGH, MEASURE and TAKE front side and back PICTURES of your body before you start! Try to use the same clothes you used for the beginning THE JUMP photos. 

3. Be shooting to drink at least a gallon of water or MORE every single day. Water is a vital part of keto and this Reboot. If we are not drinking enough water, our body is not going to be able to flush all of the fat cells that we are burning and to get rid of all the other dead cells in our body!
